We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves managing project delivery, site operations, budgets, client coordination, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with design, procurement, site teams, vendors, and clients.
Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
Lead and mentor Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Manage vendor performance and support procurement activities.
Resolve project issues and maintain solid client relationships.




Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
6–10 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
Robust knowledge of project execution, budgeting, and site operations.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
