We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused Event Customer Support Executive to represent our premium ice cream brand at promotional events, exhibitions, mall activations, and corporate events. The ideal candidate should have a hospitality background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves interacting with customers, introducing them to our products, and creating a positive brand impression.

Key Responsibilities
Represent the brand professionally at promotional events, exhibitions, and activations.
Welcome and engage customers with a warm and courteous approach.
Explain the brand story, product range, flavors, ingredients, and unique selling points of our ice creams.
Offer product samples (where applicable) and encourage customer trials.
Answer customer queries regarding products, pricing, offers, and availability.
Assist in converting customer interactions into sales prospects.
Ensure the event stall or kiosk is clean, organized, and visually appealing.




Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for smooth event execution.
Collect customer feedback and provide event insights to the team.
Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service throughout the event.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Aviation, Luxury Retail, Customer Relations, or Guest Services.
Freshers with a hospitality qualification and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
