Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Recruiter role based in Recent Delhi. The Recruiter will use HummingBird’s AI-powered platform to manage end-to-end hiring,



including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer and onboarding processes. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, create effective job descriptions, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent. The Recruiter will actively manage candidate communication, ensure a positive and inclusive experience, and leverage analytics and reports to support data-driven hiring decisions. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in ATS/VMS systems, nurturing talent pools, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, talent pipeline management, and networking across multiple channels.
Experience with screening, interviewing coordination, and end-to-end recruitment process management.
Ability to use recruitment technologies, ATS/VMS tools,
