Job Summary

The Montessori Trainee will support Montessori teachers in creating a protected, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The trainee will learn and apply Montessori principles while assisting in classroom management, lesson preparation, and child development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Support
Assist the Montessori teacher in conducting daily classroom activities.
Prepare and organize Montessori learning materials.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly classroom workplace.
Support children during individual and group learning sessions.

Child Care & Development
Observe and understand each child's learning pace and developmental needs.
Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour among children.
Assist children with daily routines, including snack time, hygiene, and transitions.




Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.

Learning & Administration
Learn and implement Montessori teaching methods under the guidance of senior teachers.
Assist in maintaining attendance records and classroom documentation.
Support teachers during assessments, events, celebrations, and parent interactions.
Participate in lesson planning and classroom preparation.

Parent & School Engagement
Maintain skilled communication with parents under the guidance of the class teacher.
Participate in school meetings, training sessions, workshops, and events.
Uphold the school's policies, values, and code of conduct.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Education preferred).
Montessori Teacher Training Certification (Completed or Pursuing) is preferred.
Freshers with a passion for early childhood education are encouraged to apply.
