At Blitz Academy we are looking for an Academic Head cum Admin Manager who is responsible for overseeing academic operations and administrative functions of our organisation. The role includes managing faculty performance, ensuring quality training delivery, coordinating student support activities, monitoring attendance and batch schedules, handling day-to-day administration, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between academic, admin, and management teams. The position also focuses on improving student satisfaction, supporting admissions-related academic activities, and ensuring operational efficiency across the center.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise faculty and academic activities.
Ensure timely completion of classes, assessments, and student support.
Monitor batch schedules, attendance, and academic performance.
Manage administrative operations and documentation.
Coordinate with admissions, placement, and support teams.




Handle student and faculty escalations effectively.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and processes.
Support management in planning and operational improvements.

Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant field.
Experience in academic coordination and administration.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of EdTech operations and student management processes.
