Job Purpose
Responsible for Regional Fiber Planning,



Projects and Operation functions.
Deliver planning, project and operations KPIs as per Organization requirement
Meet mobility & enterprise services experience expectation by implementing
highest quality of workmanship and cost effective operating model

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Enhance VIL’s fiber footprint to connect mobility and enterprise services by
cost effective and effective planning & budgeting within the region.
Responsible for annual Capex & Opex forecast and control.
Optimal utilization of Fiber Capex to deliver best in class and scalable
fiber infrastructure with resiliencies to ensure high standard network
uptime.
Developing, onboarding and Operationalization of IRU partners to deliver
additional fiber requirements of VIL.
Rollout of OWN & IRU fiber as per AOP target. Enable recent POP and NW rollout
by providing new fiber pairs as per requirement.
