Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Demonstrate Škoda vehicles, explain features, specifications, and perks.
Conduct test drives and provide a premium customer experience.
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, telecalling, and field activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.
Prepare quotations and negotiate within dealership guidelines.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until closure.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation for every sale.
Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales activity reports.
Required Skills
