Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead/Associate Project Manager to lead and manage complex software development projects across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise platforms. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project ownership, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and ensuring high-quality execution within defined timelines and budgets.

This role is strictly focused on software/IT project management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.




Manage cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Business Analysts).
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
Monitor sprint velocity, burn-down charts, release metrics, and quality KPIs.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Manage change requests and scope control effectively.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, quality standards, and security compliance.
Oversee release management and deployment coordination.
Prepare executive-level status reports and dashboards.
Ensure client satisfaction and manage stakeholder expectations.

Technical & Functional Skills
Solid understanding of SDLC (Waterfall & Agile).
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum project execution.
Experience with tools:
JIRA / Azure DevOps /
