Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Welcome and assist creators, influencers, and guests at the event venue.
Support the registration and check-in process for creators and attendees.
Guide creators to designated areas, sessions, and networking zones.
Assist the event team with on-ground coordination and crowd management.
Help manage backstage operations and ensure smooth movement of creators throughout the event.
Coordinate with the team to communicate real-time updates and schedule changes.
Provide prompt support to resolve basic on-ground coordination issues.
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for creators and attendees throughout the event.
