Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at a contemporary production facility. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in plant management, production planning, Lean Manufacturing, automation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead complete plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, and Inventory.
Develop and execute production plans to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, TPM, OEE, and Continuous Improvement.
Optimize productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Manage production planning, WIP, material flow, and inventory control.
Oversee CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, robotic welding, powder coating, and assembly operations.




Ensure machine uptime through preventive maintenance and effective resource planning.
Lead and mentor a workforce of 100+ employees across multiple shifts.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and workplace safety regulations.
Coordinate with Procurement, Design, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure timely production and dispatch.
