Job Summary

The Relationship Manager in Mahbubnagar is responsible for building and
maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their
financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role focuses on client
acquisition, retention, and growth within the Mahbubnagar region.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to acquire recent clients and expand the
existing customer base in Mahbubnagar.
Cultivate and nurture solid relationships with high-value clients, serving as
their primary point of contact.
Understand client financial objectives and provide expert advice on suitable
products and services.
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products based on
client needs and company offerings.
Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely and relevant
recommendations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally,
ensuring client satisfaction.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators
(KPIs).

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in relationship management, sales, or customer
service, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial products and services.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
Results-oriented with a robust track record of achieving targets.
Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Mahbubnagar market and local clientele is an advantage.
