About the Role

The Senior Hardware Design Engineer is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of embedded hardware products—from concept and architecture through design, prototyping, testing, certification, and mass production. This is a senior technical leadership role that requires hands-on expertise in hardware design, wireless technologies, and product development, along with the ability to mentor engineers and drive projects to successful completion. This position also acts as a functional lead for the hardware team, working closely with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and project management teams to deliver reliable, production-ready products within defined timelines.
What You Will Do
Lead the complete hardware design lifecycle for embedded products, from concept to production.
Design and review schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware architectures.
Develop products based on System on Module (SOM) platforms.
Design battery-powered embedded systems with productive power management.
Integrate wireless technologies such as 4G/LTE, Wi-Fi,



Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), LoRa, and NB-IoT.
Implement and debug communication interfaces including SPI, I2C, UART, SDIO, Ethernet, and Modbus.
Perform hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and product validation.
Develop hardware test plans and support product verification and validation.
Design and implement production test jigs and fixtures for manufacturing.
Coordinate and support regulatory certifications such as CE and FCC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and successful product launches.
Mentor junior hardware engineers by providing technical guidance and conducting design reviews.
Lead multiple hardware development activities simultaneously while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
What We’re Looking For
