Design and implement Lab operations manuals and SOPs and ensure its adherence by lab staff
Oversee Pathologists for all the locations and collaborate with technical team (supervisor & technicians) at the lab
To manage the budgets of the departments.
To ensure service excellence with high standard of patient experience (report TAT and accuracy) and take corrective active as required
Assurance of daily Quality checks, calibration and staff trainings
To keep abreast with latest research, development & techniques in the field.
Ensure all labs comply with regulatory requirements, documentation and accreditation standards (NABL)
To look into CGHS empanelment
Conduct regular audits and implement improvements based on findings.
To work closely with technical marketing team for content creation, industry liasoning, publishing articles & introducing current product
Collaborate with business leaders to introduce current diagnostic services and enhance patient offerings and experience
Work as an enabler and service provider to other departments
Ensure cross departmental cohesiveness and create positive working setting
