Job Description

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Executive / IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.




Assist with onboarding formalities and HR documentation when required.

Required Skills
Experience in IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
