Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily work operations and team performance.
Assign tasks and monitor work quality.
Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
Coordinate with management and staff to achieve targets.
Resolve workplace issues and maintain discipline.
Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
Train and guide team members when required.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience (preferred).




Valid Driving License is mandatory.
Android smartphone with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or above is mandatory.
Minimum 4 GB RAM is required.
Positive leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle teams and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and report management.
Responsible, punctual, and organized.

Job Type: Full time
Experience: Preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
