Description
8–12 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with robust expertise in Java 17.

Solid experience in backend development and microservices architecture.

Strong understanding of event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Valuable knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven and Gradle.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and team-handling abilities.

Job responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 17 and contemporary frameworks.
Lead end-to-end development activities across backend and frontend teams.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components with backend services.
Develop and manage event-driven and microservices-based architectures.
Optimize system performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL,



MongoDB, and others.
Guide and contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
Review code and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
Mentor junior developers and support technical skill development.
Manage project timelines, delivery milestones, and technical risks.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders for solution design.
