JOB DETAILS
Position Title: State Head-UP East
Department: State Operations
Grade: Management

JOB PURPOSE

The State Head UP East is responsible for the overall operational, commercial, and strategic management of Bluetown's operations across the UP-East region.

The role will drive operational excellence, project execution, customer satisfaction, resource optimization, and business growth initiatives while ensuring achievement of state-level operational KPIs, financial objectives, and service delivery commitments.

The position acts as the single point of ownership for all state operations and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
State Leadership & Operations Ownership
Take complete ownership of UP East operations and ensure achievement of business, operational, and customer objectives.
Develop and execute state-level operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Drive operational performance through effective planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Ensure achievement of KPIs related to uptime, service quality, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular operational updates, performance reports, and business insights to the Country Head.
Manage critical escalations and ensure timely resolution.
