We are looking for a curious, ambitious Junior Business Development Specialist (m/f/d) / Junior Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to join our sales team in Pune and help drive growth across India.

You’ll become part of a Germany-headquartered, globally active industrial software company that supports manufacturing companies on their digital transformation journeys with cutting-edge PLM, MES and Industrial IoT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our quick-growing sales organization, you will:




Research and qualify manufacturing companies and engineering organizations across India
Identify the right contacts and decision-makers within target accounts
Establish first relationships with prospects via phone, email, and digital channels
Follow up on inbound leads from campaigns, events, and webinars
Spot early sales opportunities and pass them to our Field Sales colleagues
Learn how complex B2B deals in industrial software work—from first call to closing
Collaborate with internal teams like Pre-Sales, Delivery, Product, and Leadership
Become an expert in exciting topics like:
Digital product development (PLM)
Smart manufacturing systems (MES)
Industrial IoT platforms
Industry 4.0 strategies
Your Profile

You don’t need decades of experience — we’ll train you.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
