A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Kadi is seeking an experienced and dedicated OT Scrub Nurse to join its Operation Theatre team. If you are passionate about surgical nursing and thrive in a fast-paced OT environment, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

Salary- ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Eligibility
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / P.B.B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an OT/Scrub Nurse in a multi-speciality hospital preferred.
Freshers with OT exposure during training may also apply.
Solid knowledge of aseptic techniques, infection control, and surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgeries by arranging sterile instruments, equipment, and consumables.
Scrub and assist surgeons during a wide range of surgical procedures.




Maintain a sterile field throughout the operation and ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques.
Perform surgical instrument, sponge, and needle counts before, during, and after procedures.
Anticipate the surgeon's requirements and provide instruments efficiently during surgery.
Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and maintenance of surgical instruments and OT equipment.
Assist in patient preparation, positioning, and post-operative transfer to the recovery area.
Maintain accurate OT records and documentation.
Comply with NABH standards, infection control protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
