Drive and manage organic social media strategy, content, and performance across platforms, with a focus on brand storytelling, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals Plan campaign frameworks and monthly content calendars
Identify and leverage recent content formats to maximize reach and engagement Conceptualize and execute social-first campaigns and content
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Leverage trends, cultural moments, and cutting-edge formats to drive engagement
Monitor brand sentiment, competitor activity, and industry trends
Track key metrics (engagement, reach, growth, share of voice)
Translate data into actionable insights for optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, product, and PR teams
Mentor and guide junior team members
Required Qualifications
2+ years in social media marketing (organic focus preferred)
Robust understanding of major social platforms and content formats
Experience with social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater)
Proven ability to execute data-driven strategies
Strong creative thinking and communication skills
Industry exposure to automobile/mobility/tech is a plus
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
