Roles and Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and employee advantages.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees through various payment modes (cash, cheque, net banking).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to payroll processing or employee queries.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave management, and other HR generalist activities.
Provide support in implementing current HR systems and processes.
