About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Operations & Executive Support Coordinator
to provide operational and administrative support to senior management. This role is ideal for candidates with
6 months to 1 year of qualified experience
, irrespective of industry, who possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

The role offers an excellent chance to gain exposure to business operations, executive coordination, reporting, and process management while working closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to senior management.
Coordinate meetings, calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and MIS reports.
Track tasks, follow up with internal departments, and ensure timely completion of action items.
Maintain business documents, records, and confidential information.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage emails, correspondence,



and internal communications professionally.
Assist in data management, documentation, and report preparation.
Support project coordination and monitor progress on assigned activities.
Utilize AI tools and Microsoft Office applications to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
Handle ad hoc assignments and operational tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline.
6 months to 1 year of experience in any industry.
Freshers with exceptional communication and organizational skills may also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar product
