Coordinate the end-to-end patient care journey.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Register patients and maintain accurate demographic and medical records.
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations.
Coordinate referrals, diagnostic tests, and specialist consultations.
Communicate appointment reminders and follow-up instructions to patients.
Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare specialists to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) system.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
