Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D Electrical BIM models (Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, and Containment) using Revit.
Coordinate with other MEP disciplines to perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
Extract accurate 2D drawings (Plans, Sections, and Schematics) from the 3D model.
Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM standards and LOD requirements.
Maintain model integrity and assist in regular BIM coordination meetings.

Candidate requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler (4+year of experience)
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is mandatory.
Solid understanding of international electrical design standards and symbols.
Ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines.
Excellent communication and cooperative skills.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
