Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and ADP Payroll integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM technical components, integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with ADP Payroll, and delivering end-to-end HCM integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support technical solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and ADP Payroll.
Build and support inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts for payroll, advantages, and employee data interfaces.
Create and support HDL (HCM Data Loader) templates for data migration and mass updates.
Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and Quick Formula solutions where applicable.
Configure and support payroll-related integrations, including employee master, payroll input, payroll output,



and third-party vendor interfaces.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting for payroll integrations.
Collaborate with functional consultants, payroll teams, and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and deployment documentation.

Required Skills
5–10 years of Oracle HCM Technical experience.
Robust hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with ADP Payroll.
