Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring smooth daily execution.
Supervise, guide, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational targets.
Manage inbound, outbound, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory activities.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliation.
Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and key warehouse performance metrics.
Plan manpower, allocate tasks, and manage shift operations efficiently.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transport teams for seamless operations.
Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining service quality and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and warehouse best practices.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost optimization.
Must have 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
Solid Excel skills, WMS/ERP exposure, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
