Role Overview

The Producer will be responsible for driving operational excellence across global content coordination, asset management, collaborations, and stakeholder communication. This role requires working closely with Amazon Global teams, talent partners, agencies, and internal teams to ensure content assets are managed, distributed, and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Amazon Global teams for content planning, asset management, approvals, and execution.
Manage communication between global stakeholders, local teams, agencies, and talent partners.
Drive collaboration initiatives involving talent, regional teams, and global content teams.
Manage and maintain content assets through Airtable and ensure all assets are updated, organized, and distributed accurately.
Act as the central point of contact for agencies regarding asset availability, timelines, and content requirements.




Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assets across campaigns.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Maintain trackers, documentation, and operational reports.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Ensure adherence to workflows, deadlines, and quality standards.

Required Skills
Excellent project management and operational coordination skills.
Solid understanding of Airtable or similar project management platforms.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
