Tesla Ventures is a plastic recycling and compounding company producing high-quality recycled granules for both domestic and international markets. We're looking for a driven Marketing & Sales Manager to grow our customer base locally and expand our export footprint.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for recycled plastic granules across local and export markets
Identify and onboard recent B2B customers (plastic processors, manufacturers, traders)
Handle export sales processes — inquiries, quotations, documentation coordination, and logistics liaison with the operations team
Research and track market prices/trends for recycled polymer
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
