Achieve annual sales targets for the territory, including recent customer growth, individual and team revenue.
Develop and expand sales channels to increase market penetration and brand awareness, using structured territory management and focused account planning.
Promote products within the assigned city or province, including tent and van campaigns, to define, enter, and secure markets for products and services.
Compile market and customer data through primary and secondary sources, including reading, interaction, seminars, and networking to support informed sales decisions.
Manage and coach distributors to develop their capabilities, improve performance, and exceed agreed sales and collection objectives within the territory.
Coordinate with the appropriate product team to communicate local market requirements where products need further development or modification to suit regional conditions.
Meet regularly with external customers to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and strengthen long-term relationships that support sustained revenue growth.




Service the existing customer base while actively seeking current business in the assigned territory to maintain gross margin and overall profitability levels.
Lead customer relationship management activities, including gathering customer suggestions, addressing concerns, and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and skilled manner.
Invest time and effort in the growth and development of the sales team, conducting weekly sales reviews and providing coaching and feedback on performance.
Monitor and ensure that customers clear their dues within existing timelines, working closely with finance and distributors to support healthy collections.
Develop an overall business plan for the territory, including clear sales strategies, profit goals, and activity plans aligned with company objectives.
