Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
.
Manage end-to-end paid campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, campaign setup, and performance optimization.
Drive online sales for
D2C brands
and generate high-quality leads for service-based businesses.
Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining target
ROAS, CPL, CPA, and CAC
.
Set up and manage
GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences,



and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to improve conversion rates and user journeys.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills
2–4 years of hands-on experience in

Solid expertise in

Experience managing campaigns for
