Impeccable Communication: Act as the primary storyteller of our brand. Deliver explicit, engaging, and highly qualified introductions to our projects, values, and the lifestyle we offer.
Lobby & Ambiance Management: Maintain the aesthetic standards of the reception and lounge areas. Coordinate with the facility and pantry staff to ensure music, lighting, temperature, cleanliness, and refreshments are consistently flawless.
Seamless Coordination: Smoothly transition guests from the reception area to their assigned Sales Relationship Managers. Manage walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and waiting times effectively.




VIP Relationship Management: Provide personalized attention to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and corporate partners, anticipating their needs (e.g., specific dietary preferences, privacy requirements).
Feedback & Query Management: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, or any on-site grievances with utmost diplomacy, ensuring a swift and amicable resolution.
Event Support: Assist the marketing and sales teams during exclusive property launches, investor meets, and high-profile evening events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
