About the Company

We are a leading manufacturer of Robotic EOAT (End of Arm Tooling), Vacuum Automation Systems, Press Shop Automation Solutions, and Precision CNC/VMC Machined Components. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with solid CATIA V5 expertise to join our growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
Design Robotic EOAT (End of Arm Tooling), Grippers, Fixtures and Automation Systems.
Create 3D models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings using CATIA V5.
Design pneumatic and vacuum-based automation solutions.
Develop machine layouts and detailed manufacturing drawings.
Prepare BOM and engineering documentation.
Coordinate with production, machining and assembly teams.
Perform design modifications based on customer requirements.
Ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and cost-effective solutions.
Support installation and troubleshooting whenever required.





Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly & Drafting).
Experience in EOAT / Robotic Gripper Design.
Knowledge of Pneumatic & Vacuum Automation Systems.
Experience in SPM, Fixture Design or Industrial Automation.
Valuable understanding of GD&T; and Manufacturing Processes.
Knowledge of BOM preparation and engineering documentation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
