Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head – Sales & Operations (Secondary Sales) to lead and manage our secondary real estate sales business. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in secondary property sales, team management, sales operations, and business development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the secondary sales vertical.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Secondary Sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching,



and ensure target achievement.
Build and maintain solid relationships with property owners, buyers, channel partners, and investors.
Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Improve sales processes and operational efficiency across the department.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams for seamless execution.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 8 years of experience in Secondary Real Estate Sales.
