Prepare students for campus placements and corporate interviews.
Assess trainees through assignments, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Customize training programs based on learner requirements and industry expectations.
Collaborate with the Placement Team to improve students' employability.
Develop training materials, presentations, worksheets, and assessment tools.
Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate best training practices.
