This role involves engaging with UK customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and achieving individual as well as team performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound customer interactions professionally.
Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
Present products and services confidently.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Accurately update CRM and customer records.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Maintain compliance with client and company guidelines.
Collaborate with Team Leaders to improve performance.
Qualifications
Freshers to 6 months of experience (International BPO experience is an added advantage).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in UK shifts.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
