12–18+ yrs of total construction exp with at least 5–7 yrs in senior project leadership roles (Sr. Project Manager/AGM level) in residential villas, luxury finishes, and commercial high-street/retail projects.
Required Candidate profile
Degree in Civil Engg, Construction Management, or Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM),Experience in statutory approvals, quality systems (ISO/IGBC knowledge advantageous), & HSE standards.
