We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Coordinate and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.




Provide training and coaching to team members on quality systems and procedures.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Robust knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with quality management software and tools is an asset.
