IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our agile team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our wholesale banking delivery systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for wholesale banking delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Write clean, effective, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
Ensure the security and scalability of the applications
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python
Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
Additional Parameters:
Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools is a plus
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus
