malomatia is looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Developer to lead AI-first software development initiatives and build scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
Lead AI-assisted software development using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
Build, deploy, and optimize ML models for production environments.
Establish AI engineering best practices, testing standards, and development workflows.
Mentor development teams and drive AI adoption across projects.

Must-Have Skills:




10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in AI/ML.
Robust Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, or CatBoost.
Expertise in Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and PySpark/Spark ML.
Experience deploying ML models in production settings.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and contemporary SDLC practices.

Preferred Experience:
Risk/Fraud Analytics, Decision Intelligence, or Predictive Modeling.
Feature Engineering, Model Explainability, and MLOps.
AI-first development methodologies.
