Assistant Manager - Customer Quality Derabassi, Punjab, India
Develop, execute, and analyze quality assurance plans, processes and procedures.
Coordinate and lead quality improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
Ensure all quality control measures adhere to industry and company standards and regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain standardized documentation related to quality control and testing.
Analyze failures and discrepancies to correct deficiencies by identifying trends, applying statistical methods, and recommending changes in standards, strategies, or processes.
Conduct regular audits and inspections, identify areas of non-compliance, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
Facilitate training for employees to communicate quality requirements and standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure customer-driven quality control processes are effectively utilising team resources, systems, and tools to achieve quality objectives.




Maintain regular interaction with management and other departments to coordinate and oversee quality standards.
Participate in internal and external audits, perform product/process audits, and review andevaluate compliance with standards.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 07 - 08 years experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in engineering or manufacturing industries.
Proven knowledge and experience with quality management systems and quality system audits.
Robust understanding of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other process improvement methodologies.
Experience with statistical data analysis and various quality tools including root-cause analysis.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a solid attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading and directing a team.
