Role Overview
We are looking for agile and academically driven Assistant Professors to support teaching, mentoring, and academic development for BBA and MBA programs across partner universities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures for BBA & MBA subjects including Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, and Strategic Management, Logistics
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, presentations, and assessments.
Mentor students for academics, projects, and career development.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and project supervision.
Support curriculum development and academic planning.
Maintain student records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
Encourage research activities and industry collaborations.
Eligibility Criteria
MBA with First Class from a recognized university.
NET / PhD preferred.
5–8 years of teaching experience in BBA/MBA programs preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of LMS and digital teaching tools.
Industry experience will be an added advantage.
