Site Engineer Trainee

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Site Engineer Trainee to join our growing team. This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to gain practical exposure to residential construction projects while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers.

As a Site Engineer Trainee, you will assist in the planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of construction activities while developing technical and project management skills.

Responsibilities
Assist senior Site Engineers in the execution and monitoring of residential construction projects.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
Study and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and report progress to the Project Manager.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety standards, and compliance with project specifications.




Assist in supervising construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural work, masonry, finishing, and related site operations.
Support the preparation of daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
Assist in material planning, inventory monitoring, and coordination of material deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and statutory regulations.
Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Learn construction management practices and contribute to solving site-related challenges under the guidance of senior engineers.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
