Job Summary

SD Engineering is looking for a dedicated and experienced Revenue & Land Survey Coordinator for our Railway Infrastructure Project in ODISHA. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of \Revenue Department procedures, \Field Measurement Book (FMB), and \Land Plan preparation*. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Revenue Department and Railway officials to obtain, verify, and submit all required land-related documents.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Revenue Department for obtaining Field Measurement Book (FMB)* records and other land-related documents.

* Follow up with Revenue officials to ensure timely processing and issuance of FMB records.

Prepare and coordinate the preparation of Land Plans* as per Railway project requirements.

Submit FMBs, Land Plans, and other land documents to the concerned Railway Division*.





* Liaise with Railway authorities regarding land acquisition, verification, and documentation.

* Conduct field visits for land verification and coordinate with survey teams whenever required.

* Maintain proper records of all land-related documents and correspondence.

* Ensure all submissions comply with Railway and Government guidelines.

* Regularly follow up with Government departments to avoid delays in project activities.

Required Qualifications

* Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, or any relevant discipline.

* Candidates with relevant experience in Revenue Department coordination are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of Field Measurement Book (FMB)* and Revenue Department procedures.

* Experience in obtaining FMBs and land records from the Revenue Department.

Knowledge of Land Survey, \Land Records, and \Land Plan* prepa
