Job Role Description
Sets up and uses 3D / CMM Measurement machines to measure parts and determines & check the quality parameter.
Completes respective quality compliance reports.
Cooperates with Leader in case of stated deviations from quality specifications,
Programming according to drawing specification
May contact Supplier for training and feedback
Prepare Reports and give UD in SAP
Working within Framework as per IATF & KB Procedure
Check MCR in PLM and next course of actions
Maintain 5S in respective area
Contact to Machine Manufacturer for any assistance

-Do layout inspection for development parts

-create Quality plans in SAP

Position Summary

Sets up and uses 3D / CMM Measurement machines to measure parts and semi-products (inbound, in-process, outbound),



and determines & check the quality parameter. - Completes respective quality compliance reports. - Cooperates with SQD, SQA, Supplier in case of stated deviations from quality specifications. - Ships test parts and product samples to customers.

Qualification
B.E. (Mechanical).

Skilled Experience
3 to 6 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing industry in India.
Experience of handling Manufacturing Quality.
Experience of CMM, 3D scanner, VMM and other metrology instruments

.

Essential Functions:
Actively and continuously improve the inspection quality and delivered to the production or customer, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Perform CMM / 3D inspection and programming
Ensure adherence of the child parts as per quality plan.
Ensure process compliance on day-to-day basis.
Layout Inspection for casting, forging, machining, press, plastic parts
