Key Responsibilities
Platform & Tenant Administration: Manage SaaS or on-premises tenants, platform troubleshooting, patch deployments, and system upgrades.
Access & Data Security: Control cooperative spaces, manage user licenses, assign roles, and handle role-based access.
Deployment & Automation: Facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to promote configurations across DEV, TEST, and PROD settings.
User Support & Training: Provide technical support for clients, troubleshoot connectivity/integration issues, and train end-users.
System Maintenance: Maintain server/database health, monitor system performance, perform backups, and write SQL queries for reporting
