Role & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end sales and marketing function—from pipeline generation and client acquisition to retention and upsell—delivering consistent quarterly revenue growth.
Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies tailored to enterprise and mid-market clients, leveraging data-driven insights and performance metrics.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams, instilling a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
Collaborate closely with product and creative teams to position offerings effectively,



ensuring messaging aligns with client pain points and market trends.
Own P&L; for the function, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis across campaigns and client verticals.
Represent the company at industry events, client pitches, and strategic partnerships—acting as the face of Mindtel’s growth engine.
