Requirements:

A ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. The role will be pivotal in driving portfolio transformation, financial governance, and value realization across IT and business investments.

Key Skills & Experience

Mandatory
10–15 years of IT experience with minimum 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
Robust expertise in ServiceNow SPM (PPM) module implementation.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise transformations.
Experience in client-facing roles within SI (System Integrator) settings.





Technical Expertise
ServiceNow platform capabilities
SPM / PPM module
Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Include
Integration expertise:
REST/SOAP APIs, MID Serve

Experience with:
Performance Analytics & executive dashboards.
Financial planning and cost modeling frameworks.

Key Deliverables
SPM Architecture Blueprint & Solution Design Documents.
Portfolio Governance Framework (aligned to client strategy).
Financial tracking models (budget vs actuals, forecast accuracy).
Executive dashboards (KPI/OKR tracking).
Integration architecture and data models.
