Maintain and update the recruitment tracker for online interview processes.
Manage and maintain the resume databank for current and future hiring requirements.
Identify suitable ITIs, colleges, and training centres for bulk hiring requirements.
Coordinate and conduct campus recruitment drives for apprentice and permanent hiring.
Handle bulk hiring from ITIs, colleges and vocational training Institutes
Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates.
