We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP.
Record daily financial transactions and bank entries.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
Process employee payroll and reimbursements.
Generate invoices and follow up on receivables.
Manage accounts payable and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, and banks.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (ERP knowledge is a plus).




Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Positive communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred).
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Good to Have
Experience working in startups or multiple companies.
Knowledge of Zoho Books, Busy, or other accounting software.
Basic understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.
