Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented graduates to join our Procurement team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to procurement operations, vendor management, budgeting, and business support functions. This role is designed to develop future professionals through structured learning, mentorship, and real-time business experience.





Key Responsibilities

Procurement
Support end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, deliveries, and documentation.
Track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Maintain vendor master data and procurement records.
Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and internal controls.

Eligibility
BBA, B.COM.
2025 and 2026 graduates are eligible.
Freshers or candidates with up to one year of internship or relevant experience.

Desired Skills
Good understanding of procurement fundamentals.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
